When is Shab-E-Qadr

Generally, Shab-e-Qadr can take place on any odd night from 20 Ramadan to 29 Ramadan. Our beloved Rasul Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) has told His believing ummah to seek Shab-E-Qadr on any odd night between 20 and 29 Ramadan. It is not determined exactly which night or what day it will be. However, according to most scholars, it is more likely that the 26th of Ramadan will occur on the night of the Shab-E-Qadr. All the great scholars have believed that the 26th of Ramadan can be the night of Shab-e-Qadr. So usually the night of 26 Ramadan is held as the night of Shab-e-Qadr.

But since it is not a valid date given in a hadith or the Qur’an, we should worship every odd night from the 20th to the 29th in the same way so that in no way will the worship of our Shab-E-Qadar be rushed. The value of this glorious night is too much, so those who do not want to be deprived of the deeds of this night do more and more prayer in the last ten days so that you may have the Sawab of the night Shab-e-Qadr.

According to Islam, on the night of Shab-e-Qadr, the angels and their leader Jibril descended on the earth and prayed especially for all the people who worshiped. It is narrated in the Hadith Sharif that Jibril (a.s.) landed on the planet with a large group of angels in Shab-e-Qadr and prayed for mercy for the men and women who were praying or in Zikir on this night. In Laylat-ul-Qadr, the following year’s decree was handed over to the authorities and enforcement angels. In it, the age of every human being, the death, the Rizk, the amount of everything is written to the specific angels, and even who will perform the hajj.

Why Muslims celebrate Shab-E-Qadr

Muslims celebrate this day with many good deeds. He who does as much as possible worship and passes the day Allah will accept his prayer and give him the status of praying 1000 months. On this day, Allah forgives many people. Everyone wants Allah to forgive him. And with this belief, people do a lot more work. Allah forgives our sins when he is happy with our good deeds.

On this night, the honor of the followers of our last and greatest Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was increased, and it redefined the fate of mankind. Therefore, this night is considered very auspicious and honorable for the Muslims. According to the Qur’an, Allah has given this night a unique status, and the worship of this single night promises to be a reward more significant than the worship of a thousand months. They believe that every year during The Month of Ramadan, this glorious night brings good luck to the Muslims of Laylatul Qadr.

The prophets before our greatest and last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH:) and their ummah had the opportunity to worship Allah for many years because of their longevity. Since the life span of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his later followers was very short, they couldn’t worship God and be equal to the previous one. In the wake of their regrets, it is known in the hadith that Surah Qadr was made to remove their thoughts.

How to observe Shab-E-Qadr

We pass this night of Shab-e-Qadr mainly by performing Salat, and reciting the Qur’an and performing other deeds. On this night, we pray more and more to Allah so that He may forgive us all our sins and accept every Ramadan and good deeds of our month of Ramadan. For Muslims, the importance of the night of Qadar is immense. It is mentioned in the Qur’an that one night’s worship of Kadar is better than that which is worshipped for a thousand months of worship.

On the night of Laylat-ul-Qadr, Allah’s mercy and blessings are showered upon the righteous and righteous Muslims. In Laylat-ul-Qadr, muslims have the opportunity to receive maghfirat, najat and forgiveness from Allah. Regarding Laylat-ul-Qadr, the Prophet of Islam said, “Whoever spends this night in worship, Allah will forgive him all his previous sins.”

According to the hadith, in the night of Laylat-ul-Qadr, whosoever is present in the worship of Allah, god will forbid the fire of hell from him. The hadith related to this is that Allah has made all the nights beautiful and enchanted by the means of Laylat-ul-Qadr, so in this blessed night, you should be more engaged in tasbeeh-tahil and worship-worship.
